I am actually flying out there next week to hopefully get a few props.

But generally you need to be available  when most buyers are and that is evenings and weekends... trying to be a 9 to 5 resi resale agent won't fly in most markets. at least not to start.  

What in the flying **** do you do?

I have tried to open with BofA and another big bank and could never get the thing to fly even providing all the paperwork? 

Condos generally are not a great investment vehicle.This is a questionable way to get around the HOA rules which even if it flies now may blowup in the future.
