@Jamie Kammers Much of this has already been expressed but I have had this same thought many times, and here is my personal view point.

I plan to take out a $40K American Express Personal Loan out to fund a majority of expenses.

That money goes to repairing potholes and patching the street for the 9 other residents deliveries, guests, landscapers, heavy trucks.  

I hate to use this expression but it all depends.
