You then have to step in and do the deals for them.E & O policies specifically exclude most of the time investor agent activities because they know statistically it is highly litigated.For a brokerage on the residential side it doesn't make sense to take on or want these agents ESPECIALLY at low splits to the brokerage.

They are, in effect, excluded from being able to rent my property if I am not currently part of the Housing Choice program here in Philly.
