At the end of the day  I need a dog, my wife needs a dog and each of our 3 children need a dog, all we need to show you is proof our dogs are service dogs comforting the every day anxieties we have....I would try to meet with tenants and get a feeling of what type of service dogs they are, if they are legitimate by all means accept them.  

I can't talk to 50 people on the phone every day so they can ask me silly questions about the property, only to never end up making an offer anyway. 

Then it was being woken up by their vehicle with a broken muffler everyday at 6 am.

I'm in the midst of @Brandon Turner's 90 day challenge where I have committed to analyzing at least one property every day for 90 days.

I’ve done some flips all to success but not my every day stock in trade.

Late fees are $50 initial, $35 everyday after 3rd of the month.

I love being able to help people I meet along the way and get to enjoy the luxury of being able to have my family first; even though at times those things get lost in translation, I don't ever let that get in the way because I am focused, dedicated and reminded everyday why I must and want to do the things I do w/LOVE!  

I would be blasting him every day.

Really cool, and makes me think about how much of the world's technology we use we take for granted everyday without knowing how it works. 

Everyday I wrestled with the idea that this is what I would be doing for the next 20-40 years and I'm only 25.
