We realized that we needed to both be focused on our real estate business full time to take it to the next level.The hard work doesn't end after today, but at least now it's hard work on our own business.

What they are doing going forward is really the most important, as what's worked in the past may not work in today's market.

As others have mentioned, there are a lot of rules you will need to follow so please make sure you’re educated. 

If looking to scale flips and create systems around it to minimize your time and involvement, I'd highly recommend putting a team in place that can handle the day to day operations. 

Banks even today are 7 to 8 I only use banks.

Just getting started, and doing a lot of reading, listening to podcasts and educating myself.

Bigger Pockets is a great place for education and networking. 

I'm pretty sure it had to record to an SD card but this was 8-10 years ago, and I'd be shocked if they didn't have cloud recording models today.
