I would still like to see more disruption in the antiquated way agents/realtors are compensated, like the way sellers have to pay for a buyers' agent (to essentially negotiate against them) but I am so DIY, it really doesn't impact my business like most.

This company is disrupting the hotel industry and the hotel lobby, which is very powerful, is trying to bully cities and politicians to not allow STR.We just have different opinions.
