I look forward to learning, taking action and networking on this platform. 

That's why there has to be at least 5 - 6 viable networks set up. 

Network with local agents, real estate meetups, and investors who focus on flips and rehabs to access off-market properties.

Do you ever attend any local meetups or networks?
