I want to start getting into multifamily rental properties but cannot wrap my brain around getting into that much debt even if it means a more comfortable lifestyle with the increased income.

I've had the home inspection and wood destroying insect inspection so far and they both say for this house to be this old, the report wasn't bad.Problem: I feel like I may be missing something, so I am here to brain storm.

Brain, we can tell you don't have good support here. 1) Transferring/Contributing to the LLC is a non-taxable transition.

You should start assembling a few gc's if you are going to hire a gc and pick their brain about costs and permits and timing.
