With HMLs and cash in place, it sounds like you’re set up for success as you move into BRRRRs and multi-family investments.

Selling your property to pay down another would set you back on your long term goals.

One upside to me would consistent rent scale, meaning if you upgrade one unit early, you set the table for all of the units when done because they are all the same.

Continuous evaluation of market trends also played a key role in setting the optimal sale price.

So set this up n phases so they can vote smaller chunks.
