Obviously if you don’t feel comfortable doing it yourself then don't, but it’s a pretty easy process and there are tens of thousands of reviews of people who have also successfully done it. 

I agree with Jonathan that most people focus on a cute website, logo, CRM, etc.Use an underwriting template that you fell comfortable with, start with opting into broker's list, call them, and get on property tours.

The house has been on the market but traffic is slow - not sure if this is due to the current environment or something specific I should address within my listing (we've already adjusted the price). 

I would say majority of travel nurses are hard working, well educated, well paid, and overall great people and tenants just looking for a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay at a reasonable price.   

A few stickers and comforters aren't going to stand out.

Recently, I’ve started adding a serving tray with items to help my guests feel more comfortable during their stay, including a QR code to an online welcome packet.

Long-term rental and a short-term rental are two completely different business/investments.You should understand what each requires and see if you are comfortable with them.Short-term rentals, on paper, generate more income but require more work.
