The property will not be reassessed at the current mkt value and the property taxes will not change.

I've only been on BP a little over 2 years but my understanding is that when Josh Dorkin, the founder, sold BP, it started to change.

Have setbacks changed since the property was originally subdivided?

Would you be changing the layout?

So this was a number of years ago and I don't deal much in NYC anymore, so things may have changed. 

They don't care about your criteria, since it's not going to change the kind of deals that they come across.The take-away here is not to be like most newbie wholesalers: Don't do "carpet-bomb" marketing!

I already gave separate accounts for all my properties and don't love the idea of having another account.For more reference from my side on RentRedi is a bit clunky to navigate, make updates/changes and while I know it's tiny I don't love that it charges my tenants to pay their rent. 

Have a system in place already if you ever grow bigger or expand, don't have to change it later or figure it out later.
