We are in the 21st century and a lot of digital marketing can be applied to easily make great use of your time.

If you see a differential in value like that, it's because it's on a sinkhole or has a cracked foundation, but you did not find the deal of a century to wholesale on Zillow, that is for sure.

Speedway if I remember right was/ is just older mid century stock with very little infill building or new builds ???

In our Mid-century modern, it was entirely furnished and decorated with 50-60's-era things. 

The best cash flow cities for a property purchased at the start of this century are cities that had poor cash flow in the year 2000 and would have poor cash flow for a property purchased today. 

I'm not saying this is the deal of the century.
