I do a lot more in the commercial value-add categories with residential fix-and-flips adding a little flavor a few times each year if the deals make sense.

I guess because it's so recent and fresh, and because REI has become a trending career so the majority have joined in since 2008, everyone is interpreting 2008 as a typical cycle.I'll wager the bold statement that we have at least 5 years of reasonable appreciation.

You are making statements very boldly but you are not explaining.

Be bold come right out and say sir I’m a terrible guesser and to be frank I don’t yet know YOUR product it would be impossible for me to price YOUR product you will have to do that So What were you expecting out if it ?. 

@Will Barnard I’m not sure what you mean I bolded the parts where it explicitly talks about acquiring purchase and sales agreements with the intent of reselling to the public as a principle or in an agent role.

That is a bold and incorrect statement as you cant possibly know all realtors or have dealt with them all in this manner.

We do have a property for any flavor here in westchester but given your variables they may need to be looked at on a case by case basis, but that’s no trouble. 

How someone can so boldly occupy a residence without regard for the legal owner.
