I am new to this multifamily/commercial side of things.

To get above $700 your typically looking at a very nice 3 bedroom unit, possibly a side by side to get all the way up to $750.

I still go to court because at a trial, someone needs to testify on the landlord side, and an attorney cannot do that. 

I just did my basement and there is one piece is separating on the side of the floor (long side of the floor) Should I use the same technique as if it were the ends of the floor?!?

But from the property management side the application, lease signing, and move-in process is arduous enough as it is. 

Recently established I am here in hopes of learning as much as possible on the real estate side, as for that’s my long term goal.

@Sean Conroy, this really depends on two things: first, the land zoned in a way that you can subdivide and build more units (question for building/zoning department) and second, financial returns on doing this versus using the capital to buy.New construction certainly has its advantages on the operating side, and can often get a premium to remodeled, older units.  

Currently at 15 you need to get a job or do a side hustle to get going.
