I work very hard at being very lazy by systematizing and automating the vast majority of my business.

Let me be VERY clear… if this makes you want to try and jump into the game, our market in CB is extremely hot and competitive, but the underlying concepts of using data from a good source like AirDNA, and a data-driven approach to management, staging, operating, streamlining, and automation work pretty much anywhere.

Does the employer use an automated system like the work number?

The tradeoff is between the potential for automation and accuracy. 

i took my real estate test june 8th and still have not got my results does anyone know how much longer the wait is going to be. i also called and it just sends me to an automated system and this is just taking to long 

Aside from setting up an automated search, I have yet to have my realtor reach out to me and say, "hey i think this property is a great deal" or something along those lines. 

.- They are as close to identical as possible in style, condition, age, location, beds, baths, living area, acreage, garage and basement specs, town vs private utilities, flood zones, etc.Finally, I'd like to be sure that the agent hasn't run automated comps. 

We have built this business using platforms, software and automation tools.
