The property is vacant,the grass grows as tall as me and I’ve seen a man cut the grass there twice in 2 years with a vehicle parked in the driveway with out of state plates.

Apartment buildings, single-family homes, duplex, triplex, fourplex, condos, RV and boat storage, Self-storage, etc... What's been the easiest and most lucrative for all my fellow investors on BP? 

So, we are not talking about a refinance, nor increases in cash flow/rents/additional incomes, etc. but the CSS being the vehicle allowing returning a large percentage of the initial investment.

Previous owner did not allow parking and neither am I due to the use of the three car garage and needed parking for my utility vehicles.

As a CRE capital, the primary objective is to put investors money in to somewhat safe investment vehicles, which in our case is safe but very little cash flow if any due to the low cap rates .

I don't even know how anyone is answering this question since it's highly dependent on your experience level, how much money you have (cash and access), what your financing vehicle is, where you have boots on the ground or contacts already made, and so much more.

Right now all I do vehicle wise is deduct mileage for rental activities when using my personal car.
