furnished rentals are usually on either end of the spectrum: low rent units for people who either don't have many things yet (or have lost them in eviction scenarios) or high rent units for shorter term corporate clients in town on business or people moving to the area and renting temporarily while they look for a place to buy.You'll definitely have more turnover either way.Most  middle-of -the-road tenants have their own stuff and want a place to put it.

But I believe it will appeal to a single professional or couple for purchase; since it's so small (1/1 - 600 sq ft), it is also on the lower end of the price spectrum (people are grabbing up, buying, the cheaper places for housing as well).
