I am president of those corp., but the stockholders are my five children (20% each).

We let out the cat whenever it wants to go out but lately we have been getting fined every time the cat was seen by the association president or by that lady.

Most recently, I was Vice President of Marketing for Long & Foster- but I really wanted to start my own shop.  

I own several condominium units and served as President on the Association's Board of Directors for eight years.

Just remember there are serious penalties for lying on a mortgage loan application, you could be required to become president.

I'm not looking to make this a political question but I'm wondering if anyone here is taking this into consideration with their investment strategies.Thanks- Jonathan, I don't understand the logic.Sell now and pay the taxes or do a 1031 exchange in the future and risk it with a new President?
