Orlando has more than a couple.

Orlando recently draw my attention for potential next purchase for buy and hold.

I, along with two partners, have been looking into a few cities that are a short(ish) flight away (Boise, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston) as well as a few cities that are a bit farther (Charleston, Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, Orlando, etc.).

I don't know about that group, I'm from citrus county but I belonged to CFRI in Orlando.

So for instance the southeast has Charlotte, Atlanta, Charleston, Greenville, Jacksonville, Orlando, Knoxville, Nashville, Little Rock, Birmingham, etc.Another way to get market leads is to type top 10 retirement city's or top ten city's for population growth, or job growth, top 10 best place to live, work, vacation, go to college, etc. let your mind run wild.3.

I would think Panama City,  Destin, Fort Lauderdale and even Orlando would be good areas to checkout.
