It was for lack of communication (well actually none at all), lack of delivery of rent deposits, horrible bookkeeping, essentially they didn't hold up to what they said they could deliver.The 1st PM, in place after a long time didn't want to be a PM any longer. 

Such as book keeping & tax return are done by (Part-time?)

Separate bank accounts, book keeping, annual statements, splitting bills from vendors, annual minutes, and my favorite, annual tax returns. 

Right now I have them handle my bookkeeping on top of taxes and annual tax strategy sessions.

First, the names matter and there's a world of difference 'twix an accountant/bookkeeper and a CPA - - compare Bachelors vs PHD.Second, although I aced accounting, I hate it. 

I need to work with a bookkeeper to at a minimum help me go through my quick books and get it all in order before tax time.I may also want to have this company do my bookkeeping but I first need someone to sit with for a few hours in front of quick books and help me understand and get everything setup.Any recommendation would be appreciated thanks

I'm looking for any good recommendations for an outsourced/virtual bookkeeper?

I am sure that this topic has come countless times in the past, but I am hoping that someone can recommend a good bookkeeping method/software for keeping track of less than 5 SFRs.
