It was for lack of communication (well actually none at all), lack of delivery of rent deposits, horrible bookkeeping, essentially they didn't hold up to what they said they could deliver.The 1st PM, in place after a long time didn't want to be a PM any longer.

I need to work with a bookkeeper to at a minimum help me go through my quick books and get it all in order before tax time.I may also want to have this company do my bookkeeping but I first need someone to sit with for a few hours in front of quick books and help me understand and get everything setup.Any recommendation would be appreciated thanks

I am sure that this topic has come countless times in the past, but I am hoping that someone can recommend a good bookkeeping method/software for keeping track of less than 5 SFRs.
