You're likely best to fund that wish someone local...perhaps someone you know...that is looking to put $40K-$50K to work.

Carrying Costs and Contingency Funds - How do you estimate carrying costs, including taxes, maintenance, and interest, if the project spans several years?

I have been asking for my fund from their "great" Horizons Fund and so far nothing.  

No liens on the property, it showing up when I apply for funding/ Refis so I'm guessing that's my personal background.

For example, I have a property that was announced as a grant funding development for 2025, along with the need to buy neighboring lots to clean up the land. 

The DSCR wouldn't include renovation funds unfortunately and property has to be in livable condition to qualify for the DSCR loan .
