So land is at a premium - and so are building costs - so values are only really threatened by job loss - and the increasing growth of the Mat-Su Valley. 

But then again, maybe we have; im not a GC.and please believe, i have scowered the net..and im basically a basement waterproofing pro. grading, gutters, drains, steel wall braces, wooden wall braces, carbon straps, etc...you name it, ive read about it.

Along with a bed that comes with a tough rubber bed mat.

In my opinion anchors and/or carbon fiber straps aren't a real solution.

This feels like purchasing a new car, driving off the lot and being told that the dealership forgot to charge for floor mats when you go in for your first oil change. 

I think we could afford it but I don't want to be cash strapped for the future if I want to buy another property. 

Combine that lack of time (but a surplus of money) with a cash-strapped go-getter ready to do all the dirty work, and you have a deal.

I'm asking you because after skimming through Mat Sorensen's book on SDIRA's he says it's very important that the IRA's investments be in the name of the IRA and not in the name of the owner, so the title of the IRA is very important.
