I don't think we're allowed to post links but if you Google "maryland real estate commission guarantee fund" then one of your first links should be to "File a Complaint".

I have used Coach Carson's recommended spreadsheet from "Woman Builder" (linked), and it's excellent for listing all the various cost categories I may confront on a project.

@Dell Schlabach - I would love to see the list of books that you found helpful but that link is not working any longer.
