It's evident that he enjoys simply talking with people like him and hearing about their journey, and he has inspired me to start my own podcast here in a couple of months.My question to you all is whether you think something like this can work in real estate?

It really inspired me, (along with the Rich Dad, Poor Dad Real Estate Riches book), and then once I got my first real job out of school I was motivated to save and hunt for properties.

Hello Bigger Pockets, I've recently started my own blog to provide a forum for commercial real estate professionals to share successes and failures, as well as find some inspiration when the times get tough.However, I'm having trouble driving traffic to my blog, and while I've done plenty of research on SEO and other marketing techniques, I haven't seen much traffic.So I wanted to interact with you all to see if you have any tips, and get some personalized help.

Nevertheless, after obsessively scouring information over the last year or so, I’ve finally decided to start the process of documenting my experiences as I journey down the path towards financial freedom.If you are a fan of the BiggerPockets’ Podcasts, you know that many of the successful R.E. investors got their “push” from the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki.I, too, was motivated by this inspiring book back in about 2003.

@Ryan Craig - I can see, I was only coming around reading the blogs and its so inspiring and encouraging that I had to take this leap of faith and learn.

I am new to BP, so I can't comment intelligently about the real estate, but your post inspired me to ensure you that you can go from nothing to something.  

I am extremely green to the real estate investing world and listening to some of the podcasts have inspired me to start my journey.

Wrote this BP blog post today on a useful app for doing quick-and-dirty data visualizations and analysis (one of the visualizations is shown below), inspired by my own efforts analyzing Milford's online sales database, thought this forum might find it interesting.

I'm one of those people who thinks over and over of what to say and their head until its perfect. however once I start talking or typing my thoughts they aren't even close lol.I hope to inspire people to invest in real estate, just like people here have inspired me to continue investing and to continue to grow.If you guys have any questions for me I would be more than happy to answer.
