I truly believe that if one works hard enough to become valuable enough, they can just quit working for the greedy CEO and go work for one that will pay for the value the hard working educated person brings with them.

On the back end, don't be greedy - just because a national restaurant or retail chain is buying in the area, don't hold out for every last dollar.

Just my opinion and you can have yours, but I have worked far to hard and long to lose everything because I was greedy over a few bucks a month.

RE has earned a bad rap, worse than used car dealers, operators and investors have brought it upon themselves and it all boils down to a bit of disrespect of the industry out of a lack of knowledge, that stemming from those starry eyed groupies being too lazy to learn being overcome by greedy selfishness, in other words, not interested in learning what might be seen as nonproductive aspects of the industry.
