For what it's worth, I did Google search and search the site for this question, but only got irrelevant results.

I also received no scholarship or financial aid, and would be paying the full tuition each year.

For example, when I google, I often find those types of "Top 10 cities" without knowing where the data is coming from, what the methodology is, and what parameters are they looking at.
