Detached one car garage, large basement for storage and laundry (also new).

I am living in SF and buying in DFW, mostly MF and self-storage.  

He told his coworkers he was going to go a million dollars ( this was worth more in the 80s, not so much today) into debt to build new apartment buildings and storage units.

Lots of storage space etc.

Can I charge the bank storage fees until they pick it up?

The garage is in terrible shape though and should probably be torn down at some point though as of now it works for storage purposes.
