I will buy the land to protect it, plant some trees on it, potentially enroll in a state program (there are some in MN where you essentially leave farm land alone and restore it back to wetlands/forests/ natural habitat, etc), maaaaybe camp/small trailer/retire there?!?   

I noticed the enrolment for K State is down, I have seen this from the vacancies in Aggieville and many students vacated after Covid-19 in March.

I am looking to enroll in classes to get my real estate license in Oregon.

I met with a enrolled agent yesterday that was also a book keeper.  

You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.

Some are CPAs, some are EAs (Enrolled Agents) and some are attorneys.Look around, see whose knowledge and personality you like and reach out. 

Unless he is approached by someone with a badge and gun, I would find a qualified Enrolled Agent who specializes in audit or collection issues.

Sunnyslope - Before changing enrollment method, parents used to wait in line overnight to enroll at this high school, like it was to get tickets to Aerosmith (Gen Y, think Taylor Swift).
