Honest people don't suddenly become dishonest because they experience some misfortune.

I personally think anyone recommending it either got very lucky or is dishonest.

Nothing makes be more angry than dishonest people...  

I agree with Manny, Nick and John TFlorida is full of dishonest people, tricksters and con men. 

We haven’t worked with either of them but I’m just glad to see that Crestcore isn’t considered in any of your options.. those guys are a unprofessional, unethical and downright dishonest in my personal opinion.

I’ve never worked with @Dean Harris, I’m sure he’s a good guy but the organization in which he works for is very dishonest.

But you all need to stop defining "wholesaling" as: "someone dishonest, shady, lying, no know what they are doing".Wholesaling is a niche.

If you have a dishonest taxpayer they do have the option to file an affidavit stating that you, the investor, have not responded to their written request for redemption amounts, they will then be allowed to redeem the property.

Add to that, I'm in Central NJ so nothing is cheap.I've read about assigning contracts and all that ron legrand-type stuff, but it all seems scammy if not illegal, and I refuse to run a dishonest business.

Is this a matter of ethics, or is it flat out dishonest to state all cash when using hard money?
