Without including any of the other important advantages of using the land for storage and some tax benefits, a really smart Wall Street investor could have just invested 70K in Apple stock and done about as well over a 4-year period. 

If you dont do that, you'll be like every idiot who sees some TV show and thinks they can do it too.  

But what I really want to know is when is the TV show coming out?  

Minor stuff, maybe a rack of free weights, a benchpress, and a treadmill with a few full body mirrors and maybe a small TV.  

I'm an attorney, a local prosecutor (it's terrific work; as I like to say they make TV shows about what I get to do for a living).  

(Henry Winkler and Ribert Wagner never tell people about that in their RM tv ads). 

To compare this market to SF is like apples and oranges.  

I've been in sales almost the last 2 years. about 20 Months,I just left my telecommunications sales job selling att/direct tv which was 100% comission and make about 37K.

So any responses you receive here will never be a true apples-to-apples comparison.I will admit, this advice is a little self-serving since I am a CPA myself.

I've found that these companies don't do a good job explain that the recommended level of "4.xx" (whatever it is) apples to areas of the home that are lived in 18+ hrs a day.
