Get it as white and bright in there as you can, mostly for the publicity shots with the wide-angle lens.If the OP doesn't have the skills, I doubt he could get the jobs done for outlays small enough to make the numbers work.

Both buildings have hedges that are planted into planters that are 12"-20" wide and wrap around the entire perimeter of each building.

Do a ramp entry, wide doorways for all doorways, wide or no hallways to accommodate a scooter or wheelchair.
