Now UCLA was just referring to LA but they forecast for the entire state and nationally.

@Steve VaughanYeah I think we weathered the storm and it can only get easier next time I represent a buyer/seller.  

(and should to be a diligent landlord).Picture the worst weather and the worst possible time for you and imagine getting in the car to head over.....This is not an unheard of scenario... 

I have read those markets are growing and real estate is forecasted to keep going up.   

Eventually I plan on moving to Florida where I will retire, not only because of the weather, lack of state income taxes, etc. but the excellent price to rent ratio.

Sell the condo, put the net proceeds in the bank, and weather out your storm.

I'm replacing it because the copper is very beat up from hail and weather and also has leaks from old nail holes.
