Make sure you get a sprayer that actually comes apart and allows you to replace them, or you'll be buying a new sprayer every 20 apartments.I believe our sprayer came with an exterior spray head, so we had to buy an finer-spray interior spray head to help with the over spray.Cleaning the sprayer between each use is vital.

Modifications are paid for by the tenant as well as costs to remove modifications, putting the property back in its original condition.

 hello BP members I have some  questions and I will appreciate any information you may provide,I'm planning to buy a property in Raleigh NC, doing some research on the web, I find out the town plans to do some modifications on the zoning code. 1. what do I have to be aware off when I  look for a property?
