I was very impressed with the amount of skill and knowledge many of the members have.

Those guys don't impress me.

I was extremely impressed with Lindsey's Professionalism, system,  and showing all of us who attended, at the weekend Boot camp, how to be successful investing in Real Estate. 

Looking back that seems maybe not to have actually been the case and I've been under the wrong impression for all these years.Secondly, friends have less than 2k to spend upfront.

I am so impressed with Bigger Pockets and the wealth of knowledge and camaraderie here.

That said, in the Real Estate Investment arena, the majority of 'gurus' are just shallow self promoters, and the bigger they are the more shameless they are likely to be, so I can understand how one would get the impression that the term guru is a negative reference.

Get a down payment, find a building, get a loan, buy it and collect the profits.I'm getting the impression from what you're writing that you don't have the cash needed to actually buy apartments and you're wondering if you can raise that money.

I must say I am impressed with your attitude and you will get your breaks from hard work for sure.if you can make the trip down I will take the time to talk more with you.
