you see many developments were there is a hold out in the middle of it.. and now the hold outs property is virtually worthless because it no longer is functional there are a lot of things to take into consideration when doing a development and many times they simply never happen.. if this one never happened then what.what could you do with the money today even if its a little less than a neighbor sold for.. that's be some what pound foolish ....

To my knowledge, no one said a thing.The way I understand the law is that you can trap an animal that comes onto your property and turn them into the local pound.
