Well, here is some out of the box thinking from someone not involved in commercial real estate nor the hospitality industry, but very involved as a patron of restaurants...First question... is your location good for restaurant traffic and does it have adequate parking?

I didn't notice the sign until I looked at a picture of the building that I had taken when I stopped in traffic by the building.The apartment building that uses it to find renters is a nice building that my friend used to live in.Has anyone in Los Angeles used this?

The area seems to have escaped the fate of Lake County IL who chose not to improve their infrastructure thinking, "if we don't build it, they won't come", but "they" came, anyway, and now Lake County traffic congestion is the stuff of legend.Shorewood is nearby out here where the homes tend to be larger and higher valued, even the older homes.In my investing group, some of the people are doing quite well with their projects in and around the area.
