From the original locals who can't understand why a house would cost more than 100K to the Vancouver commuters and more recently, the increased Asian interest.For myself, I enjoy it as a Vancouver Suburb - downtown vancouver is only 15 minutes away on a float plane but there's no traffic and the R.E prices are 2/3's lower.Aurther - I'm not sure if you've got a plan of any kind set out but I agree with the other folks you'll probably need to build or grow into that sort of generation off of the 100K.

I cant get myself to move to the outskirts of LA (still paying 400k and up) because the quality of life just isn't great when you have to spend 2-3 hrs a day in traffic.

Here what I need:-comps and an estimate of ARV -email alerts on new listing in my target market-cash buyers -buyers looking for fixer uppersWhat I offer: -refer FSBO leads that I don't buy to agent -finders fee paid after closing on a lead generated from mls email alerts -commission paid after close on house sold through agent listing -if house is sold to a rehabber will recommend agent to rehabber for use when ready to list.The way I see it this generates a good amount traffic for the agent.

I returned home about 2 years ago and want to get into an investment in the greater new haven area.What you may, or may not know is that this year, a new section of the highway leading into the downtown area that has been under construction sine I left 7 years ago opened up and has relieved a lot of traffic pressure.
