To answer your question yes its enough but in many cases it might be risky.2. location, room to raise rents, occupancy of property, local laws, type of investment are just a few topics that play a huge part.

I really like the idea of starting with my existing network and attending local meetups.

Im just now realizing our potential with the first investment and had no idea what a great position it put us in to move forward.
