They are really lobbying their asses off on our behalf to get this preemption bill passed. 

Cars: getting out at a theater or nice restaurant.  

The reason they want you to go with the lower comps, is because the high end comps take time to analyze and longer times to sell.There are a lot of things to consider when comping, the street, the reputation of the neighborhood, in some cities one street over makes a lot of difference, floor plan, style of property, near water, has a view, has a wine cellar or theater room, high end finishes, how it was marketed and so on.

We have hired lobbyist Evan McMahon, also chairman of Libertarian party in Indiana, to draft legislation to lobby during sessions.  

But they also have a theater room for serious TV  sports etc.

What we're left with is with what we had during COVID, hygiene theater, a big show of cleanliness that will really do nothing about the threat.

We already have a major issue with those in office passing our tax dollars to their friends, family members, business associates and supporting lobbying organizations.

The real estate lobby is too powerful.

fyi (camping = air mattress) wanted to get a sense of noise, parking, tenant behavior so I spent two nights - apartments rent for 1500 to 3500 on block depending on size and parking/lobby etc.

Doctors are somewhat infamous for jumping into the whole "I'm a doctor now so I deserve the matching his-and-hers BMWs, the 5000 SF house in Yuppie Acres and the killer home theater," -- and having debt up to their eyeballs.If that's the case even successful investing isn't going to solve his problems.
