Things like coffee, tea, bottled water (our tap water is really hard and tastes gross), as well as items like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, etc. 

A couple years back, California redefined "Tobacco Products" to include vaporizers regardless of whether someone is vaping Tobacco, tasty flavors, or marijuana. 

They have great furniture/dishes/linens/garbage cans etc for really cheap!

There is no dish washers in the units.

Long term it works but are you ready to dish out 3k -5k right now?

I started in the cafeteria dish room washing dishes every week.

There is still a caretaker, or for smaller homes a maid/cleaner that shows up every day to stock towels, do dishes, etc.

I also personally pay for toilette paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish soap, etc.

Older Sears / Homart, also.Don't expect much improvement putting flow restrictors in front of bathtubs or clothes and dish washers.

If someone puts a dish rack on that side you end up with zero counter space next to the sink.There is no counter space next to the stove, one side is the door, one side is sink.Is the door still needed if you open the bottom wall?
