We build 2 bed 1 bath stacked triplex that rents for $2.25 / sq ft which a single family home even a small one is always at the best around $1.7 / sq ft.

Upstairs was a 2 bed/ 1 bath.

Average tax bill for a 1-bed condo is probably around $50-$100/year. 

Bed bugs could get pretty costly.

Its a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath.It is around 255k and I am using the state's first time homebuyer loan that provides 6k towards the down-payment.

Under 10 min drive to Montclair State University, Upper Montclair NJ Transit station and close to route 3/garden state parkway intersection in a great kid-friendly neighborhood.With 4 bed and 1.5 bath the current layout is ideal for a family.

My contacts have gotten me a quote for a modular duplex 3 bed / 2bath each side and I can be all-in with land for $195k.
