You are only talking in theory and not giving enough information.

With the numbers you're talking about it looks like there is plenty of room to cover all sorts of unforseen issues, and still perform great.

Hey @Robert Guarino I'm not super familiar with that market but the overall framework you are talking about sounds like it will work well. 

It isn't the metric you can talk about on a national scale, but if you keep buying the same product in the same area it is a very easy quick and dirty method to know how you are doing compared to other buys. 

Always talk to your CPA to see if you qualify.That said, the benefits are definitely worth it if you do.

The seller may need to be the one who talks to them or you may be able to talk to them directly if you provide them with a letter from the seller specifying the loan #, sellers SSN, etc.
