I am thinking you could cater to Tesla owners / and other EVs  I know as a Tesla owner myself its an important component when I am on a road trip IE pick a hotel with a Tesla charger.

Condo complexes aren't hotels.

We all stayed in off base apartments or hotels.

The hotels normally pay $11 an hour for housekeepers and now they're starting at $15 an hour and still struggle to find people!

Traveling nurses, professors or business professionals sometimes have 30-90 day type assignments and they want something more than a hotel.

Hello I am looking to expand my portfolio to include hotels.  

Office, industrial, hotels, retail, etc.  

This would be an AirBNB in wine country where there is already a very high demand for AirBNBs as their is no hotel nearby and other AirBNBs in the area are very successful.
