Being creative to come up with the down stroke is the main thing that helps a lot of savvy investors scale rapidly.

Some find that thought to be blasphemous, but different strokes for different folks. 

I'd at least try before I stroked a $100K check to the IRS.

I am not defending their practices.. as I believe anyone who cant stroke a check for training or what have you and needs credit cards should not be doing this at all your under capitalized and risking going into credit card purgatory. 

Money lending is the easiest thing to do, you simply stroke a check. 

@Cherisse Buddy: someone smarter than me on Florida can probably do a better job than my back of the napkin broad strokes below, but maybe this will help you. 

I can not plant $7,900 worth of trees due to limited space which means a large check will have to be stroked.  

I am 59 years old and slowly recovering from a brain annurism and a stroke I had.  

Believe it or not, I owned a company for about 5 years before I had my stroke.
