Hey Tom I have a lot of experience here in Pinellas County, currently managing about 65 units.I would recommend staying out of Tarpon as they are strict 30 night minimum rental, and the demand is not as high as Clearwater/St Pete which also have 30 night minimums. 

I have a small coding background and i used it to help me train a small date pool of properties which then allowed for it to project property values.

I just remember thinking that the Rochester inspectors seemed a little too strict, interpreting every rule as harshly as possible.

Ensure your property complies with all local health and safety codes.

But on the questions with no answers in parentheses then those aren't as strict.

If you had 100k to Invest, which zip codes/cities would you do it in?

Specifically in regards to not having a window in the living room.Alternatively, would somebody be able to point me to good resources to look into regarding zoning rules / legal codes for specific areas?

Though, I have found some of the suburbs to be very strict.
