For those of us with regularly recurring meetings, any chance of setting it up that way instead of having to create a new event each time?

I would agree that the prepaids are taking money out of your pocket, but they are for recurring costs and wehn you sell one day, whatever remaining balance of that rolling account comes back to you --- its your money.As always, the devil is in the details. 

One thing I have to say about this specific recurring meet-up (not Bill), I used to go before the pandemic, but it always felt like a sales presentation so I haven't gone in a while and cannot confirm if it's still like that, and I'm sure other people will disagree with me.

The problem is that every time I listen to one of the PC's  I have the same recurring thought...it's really cool that you bought 83 houses or you started with 10K and now own a 66 MU, or you quit your tech job in a years....but it's just not like that in Canada.

It would definitely help to have some specific language in the lease they agreed to and signed before having the place cleaned and then charging them for it - especially if commenced on a recurring basis.
