I am thinking about purchasing land for the intention of using it as a RV & Boat Self Storage.

Purchase price: $225,000 Cash invested: $56,000 Purchased 4-plex from a wholesaler.

First time investor, hoping to obtain my first duplex soon, and this family land purchase is on the horizon as well.

Purchase price will be around $400-450K. 

I own a couple vacant lots and looking to purchase more in a small area. 2/1s in Memphis, as far as I know, are as desirable as in a bigger market.
