BofA seems to keep sending me balance transfer promos weekly. 0 APR for 18 month. 4% fee.Once you have paid your big bills on your CC, use the balance transfer promo.So a break down of the cost to pay something like a contractor on a rehab would be the 2.5% Plastiq fee and then the 4% balance transfer fee....6.5%..From a cash flow perspective, you need to make sure you account for minimum payments during the promo periods.... and a major balloon at the end.Some fringe benefits to the whole thing...

If you think about AirBnB, it essentially acts as an escrow - a guest may book months in advanced and pay at booking, but the funds are not released to you until after check in.I would love landlords perspective from this community on if you would be open to using a trustworthy third party tool that offered this same service (ie. tenants pay whatever your deposit is to this escrow account, then 24 hours after check in it is sent to you).
