I have had to email/phone/leave voicemails repeatedly to get traction on deals that i have been interested in.There have been numerous occasions when even a courtesy response was not provided to let me know that another member was already working on a house or the house was already under contract(and no, the Quest tool still indicated that the house was available for members).It seems like the organization does not feel the need to send even a courtesy response if a property is no longer available for LS members .

I've kind of ignored the folks that advertise on tv and such because it always seems to have some annoying element to me.

Having said all that, there are elements I just don't get as to what all options are for someone in my shoes, and how to learn about them, and how to not get myself in trouble trying to help homeowners.

If the deal is good enough you should have numerous buyers.I will caution you though, if some new wholesaler in my area wanted to learn the business I wouldn't ever give them good information.

We already have numerous rental properties and hope to continue to grow it, but there is no way we can put all of our capital into homes in the next year or two.

I am only familiar with the thermocoupler, which i thought only sensed a cold element therefore preventing gas from flowing with a pilot light out, but when these things fail, can they do so on the hot side?
