Or those that leverage bit coin at the wrong time and lost hundreds of thousands on that play.. and for sure character assassination on the internet is not going to right the ship crazy  I do not work for Norada I have never met Marko.. my points are that you folks simply did not do enough due diligence up front and were blinded by the high returns and clearly did not understand the risks of unsecured notes/Junk bonds..

Although I did learn a little and met some awesome folks I feel as though I learned more from this website and other free resources on the internet than I did from what I found to be an outdated home study course and this extremely high-level Three Day Seminar.The seminar I found to be 10% focused on education and 90% focused on selling the coaching programs that are designed and intended to guide the recipient to earn in upwards of $100k/ per annum in investing.   

My understand basically is that you network/market to the folks that are selling senior care living facility beds with the idea that most seniors need to sell their house that they have owned for decades and is probably full of junk in order to afford the living facility.

I do BRRR private money for my day job.. been doing it since 2002.. over 3000 properties i have funded for folks like you.

A lot of time, younger folks who can drive are great gophers (go for) for investors, picking up permits, etc.

A Lot of folks own 50 plus units.. and almost all will be title in a corporate name..

Any ideas besides frunishedfinders as to where I can find these folks?

And other folks for replying.

Short of spending several years building experience with smaller deals, what would the folks on this board recommend?

I know a lot of folks think agents are silly, but the reason they're doing this to protect the public.
